Manager, VRD Marketing, Sales, and Production

Category Operations  

The Manager of VRD Marketing, Sales, and Production is responsible of the total lifecycle management of Virtual Rock Drill (VRD) product marketing, sales, production, and execution. The Manager's responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Contributes information, ideas, and research to help develop marketing strategies for VRD associated products and product lines
  • Helps to detail, design, and implement marketing plans for VRD products and/or services being offered
  • Sets marketing schedules and coordinates with colleagues, sponsors, media representatives, and other professionals to implement strategies across multiple channels
  • Develops sales strategies and approaches for VRD products and services, including but not limited to, promotions, sponsored events, tradeshows, online marketing campaigns, email marketing campaigns, social media marketing campaigns, mail distribution marketing campaigns, and teleconference marketing campaigns.
  • Researches, Identifies, Contacts, and Briefs prospective clients
  • Answers questions from clients and prospective clients about VRD product and service benefits
  • Management and Oversight of executing the entire VRD product lifecycle, including managing and execution of planning and production, scheduling, delivery, training, upgrades, troubleshooting, client requests, monitoring performance, and contract closeout.
  • Maintains excellent relationships with clients and teaming partners
  • Tracks VRD sales data and works to meet with executive leadership to meet company VRD sales goals
  • Analyses trends, data, demographics, pricing strategies, and other information that can potentially improve VRD marketing and sales performance
  • Creates and presents regular VRD marketing, sales, and production performance reports for managers and executives, including weekly reporting - that includes narrative of sales efforts, sales projections by potential customer, call logs, and running total of cumulative investment to date
  • Helps to interview, hire, manage, and direct members of the company's VRD marketing and sales, and production teams
  • Implements and adheres to company policies and procedures
  • Attends trade shows and travels to meet clients as needed

Position location has flexibility within East Coast locations. Routine travel to corporate offices in NJ, PA as necessary.
