Share Email Opening Title Information Technology Manager  Category IT   Description Summary: Leading the Enterprise IT function, the IT Manager plays a critical role for the day to day success of the organization. Responsible for daily operation and administration of the IT function this role spans all aspects of IT from people leadership, the entire infrastructure and Enterprise application stack. Ideal candidate is a hands on manager who can do, as well as, lead. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Essential duties and responsibilities include the following: Manage the activities of the Information Technology group including nurturing their professional development and growth, providing guidance on technical matters and promoting teamwork and cooperation Oversee day to day activities of the organization's technological needs, implements and enforce IT standards, policies and/or procedures Owns end user support and service model in all regards, shape and manage how IT support is delivered to the organization. Responsible for oversight and operation of all networking, server, storage along with Enterprise applications and cloud based services delivered to the organization Creates, implements, and maintains system data protection plans to minimize the risk of data loss and downtime Manages regulatory requirements and audit remediation Serve as escalation point for all supported platforms Primary contact for vendor engagement and management for supported solutions Other Responsibilities: Perform other related duties as required or assigned that are in the spirit of this job description and position as necessary for the Bank and the Department to function effectively.
