•High School degree or equivalent.
•At least five to seven years of prior adminstrative assistant experience required; professional administrative training preferred.
•Excellent written and oral communication skills and ability to influence.
•Possess a high degree of proficiency with MS Office products including Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Experience with a CRM System (SalesForce.com) is a plus.
•Familiarity with travel booking tool and expense reporting tools (Concur).
•Ability to pay attention to detail and be extremely accurate to all aspects of a situation or task to include monthly invoices and payables.
•Demonstrated ability to be adaptable, flexible, and handle multiple tasks simultaneously; work in a fast-paced, detail oriented environment with minimal direction.
•Demonstrated organizational/project management skills; proven problem solving, decision making and interpersonal skills with experience providing complex, confidential administrative support in a high-profile environment.
•Proven ability to work well in teams and within all levels of within the organization.
Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
