Must be capable of managing or controlling multiple product lines, which includes run out of grades to separate storage locations. Must have good decision making and problem solving skills in order to meet customer needs, run the plant efficiently, and to meet quality, environmental, and safety parameters. Multiple skills include inventory control, equipment operation, housekeeping, maintenance and quality testing. Good communication skills are required to interact with multiple work teams for planning and scheduling functions.
