Purpose

LaForce is looking for an Installation Project Manager to manage the installation of aftermarket and contract projects for LaForce products. This involves scheduling installers daily to maximize their proficiency while satisfying the needs of internal and external customers as they relate to outside service work.

Major Responsibilities

  • Manage the pre-installation of products in-house and prepare them for delivery to the customer
  • Maintain customer relations through a positive and constructive attitude when solving problems in order to maximize approachability by coworkers and customers
  • Serve as technical advisor for installers, salespeople, schedulers and other coworkers
  • Communicate with department manager on all relevant events vital to the operation of the installation department and the company
  • Create purchase orders for sub-contractors, tools or miscellaneous materials

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree (B. A.) from a four-year College or University is preferred, or five or more years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
