Our Team:

The Sales Analyst develops relevant and timely business intelligence in all areas of Sales including market performance and opportunity; sales performance across customer and customer type, product and product category; territory/regional segmentation; regional performance metrics, POS data manipulation for meaningful, timely and accurate reporting and ROI for strategic initiatives. The Sales Analyst plays a key role in helping to manage the weekly sales forecasting, planning, and budgeting process. Assists with data warehousing, database management, report development and business intelligence evolution with the goal to provide accurate, insightful and useful key performance indicators, dashboards and metrics for sales department and senior management.

What you will be doing:

  • Manages the design and implementation of the weekly sales forecasts and budgets into cyclical financial models
  • Develop, maintain and distribute timely, accurate and user friendly product distribution and territory performance reports and dashboards from multiple data points weekly, monthly and quarterly while providing analysis of meaningful exceptions and trends to assist in driving sales growth.
  • Responsible for all ad-hoc reports and new reporting tools as needed.
  • Manages the implementation of Key Performance Indicators - KPI and metrics as provided by managemet.
  • Partners with key stakeholders to identify continuous improvements in reporting and data integrity, ensuring
  • Quality insights for actionable sales process improvements.
  • A team based, cross-functional, service oriented, and positive attitude to tenaciously (and gladly) attack any and all challenges.
  • Manages work processes and implements new procedures as necessary
  • Provides a high level of customer service while maintaining Company business objectives
  • Balances the needs of the individual with the responsibilities of the company to its shareholders.

What you bring to the team:

Required Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • 2+ years finance, sales and marketing analysis, ideally within a fast-moving consumer packaged goods company
  • Proven ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with in a team
  • Proven ability to work effectively with IT and cross functionally on project-specific assignments as well as ongoing business deliverables
  • Advanced Database management skills
  • Expert Excel and Advanced Power Point expertise
  • Syndicated data experience such as SPINS, IRI, or Nielsen

Preferred Education and Experience:

  • MBA or Master's Degree
