Summary:
Role Players will perform a variety of duties in support of replicating either a threat force (OPFOR) in an operational environment or serving as Role Player portraying other possible personnel on the battlefield based on the specific scenario. Role Players will work as a part of a team to provide a realistic operational environment for soldiers during training and evaluation events on Fort Benning.
Specific duties may include, but are not limited to:
Physically capable of performing assigned work outdoors under normal anticipated weather conditions
Able to spend extended periods of time outdoors in tactical field conditions on Fort Benning
Provide high-fidelity role player activities delivering accurate replication of activities within established scenarios
Playing the victim in need of medical attention or evacuation in a first responder and/or military training exercise.
Wear makeup to resemble injuries
Required Qualifications:
High School Graduate
Prior military experience
A working understanding of handling weapons in a field environment
An understanding of relevant threat force doctrine and tactics.
Must by 18 years of age.
Must be a US Citizen or Naturalized Citizen.
Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English.
Must be able to stand for multiple hours, bend, stoop, squat, run, lay flat on the ground, climb, and be able to lift between 20 - 25 lbs.
Desired Qualifications:
College level education preferred
Combat Arms MOS preferred
Clearance:
Candidates must be able to access Fort Benning and may be required to pass a NACI or other background checks to do so.
