Our unwavering commitment to our Associates, their health and safety, self-directed work teams, and a commitment to continuous improvement create a rewarding and fun place to work.   Description Job Summary The Process Engineer is responsible for supporting the manufacturing process using engineering skills to assess, manage, implement, improve or revise processes, with the goal of improving efficiency of operation, safety and consistency of product quality. Individual will drive continuous improvement through automation, training, teaching and utilizing the best equipment for our process. Desired Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Bachelor's degree in process or mechanical engineering, or equivalent work experience 3 - 5 years of experience in a manufacturing or mineral processing environment Experience in a variety of lean tools Experience in project management Experience in team facilitation, teaching, and presentation skills Knowledge of mining and industrial minerals Impecable math, computer and troubleshooting skills Experience with CAD Experience in PLC (ability to read and understand logic) Excellent written and oral communication skills Strong statistical analysis skills and reasoning abilitities are required Analytical thinker with strong interpersonal skills Self-motivated and able to work independently Ability to generate innovative ideas to support the decision making process Must be comfortable with integrating new technology into an existing business environment Excellent eye for detail Good orgnaizational skills Ability to work in a self-direct team environment Occasional travel may be required   Physical Abilities Must pass toxicity test, ability to receive medical clearance to wear respiratory protection.   Travel Less than 25%   EOE Statement We are an equal employment opportunity employer.
