Share Email Opening Title Sales Estimator/Project Manager- Special Projects  Location Houston   Exempt/Non-Exempt Exempt   Compensation   Description General Overview Job description for the Sales Estimator / Project Manager position will consist of the following: Design and/or estimate electrical projects ranging from $5,000 to $1 million Project manage all facets of jobs Attend pre-bid meetings, accurately estimate hours, materials, etc, necessary to bid projects Develop/maintain relationships with owners and GC's Communicate and negotiate with owners, GC's, vendors, subcontractors, engineers and architects Submit and gain approval of all drawings, load calculations, etc, to local AHJ as required for plan approval process Ensure that all work is completed according to company safety standards Effectively track and manage all facets of projects to meet deadlines and budgets Perform all facets of job with the highest standard of ethics at all times   EOE Statement We are an equal employment opportunity employer.
