Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health Massachusetts' Mental and Behavioral Health Continuum programs, consist of residential and group home treatment for girls and boys. Our Clinical Program Supervisor oversees the clinical services provided in the residential treatment programs, provides supervision to licensed and unlicensed clinicians and interns, and also provides training to staff. Additional responsibilities include clinical quality improvement, (e.g. program model fidelity assessments, documentation reviews), pre-admission evaluations, interviewing and hiring of clinical staff, and crisis intervention.

Position Requirements
  • Masters Degree in Psychology, Counseling, or Social Work required.
  • Training or familiarity with DBT and trauma-informed interventions are required
  • Minimum of 1 years direct clinical experience with clinical supervisory experience preferred
  • The ideal candidate is a Massachusetts licensed Psychologist, LICSW or LMHC
  • Candidates should have a demonstrated track record of providing and implementing evidence-based clinical interventions, and positively interfacing with external agencies.

Job Summary Schedule: Flexible 4 day work week - 10 Hour Shifts.
