Commercial Contracts Administrator 


Extant Aerospace is seeking a high energy, experienced self-starter for the position of Contract Management Administrator. This individual should have extensive experience in negotiating, structuring, and/or administrating contractual documents that establish business relationships with vendors, customers and/or partners; as well as Export and ITAR compliance. In addition, this individual will be responsible for advising internal customers of contractual obligations and compile and maintain accurate records and data. This key position to the organization will work with various members of our establishment including; Program Management, Procurement, Sales and Service teams, as well as legal representatives to structure contracts and counsel the business on risk mitigation. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES includes the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Responsible for negotiating, structuring, and/or administrating contractual documents that establish business relationships with vendors, customers and/or partners.

Works with sales and service teams as well as the legal department to structure contracts.

Analyzes contracts to ensure compliance to company policy, government specifications and other requirements.

Administer large, long term contracts with an understanding in advanced contract skills including, but not limited to, FAR, DFARS, CDRLS, flow-downs, funding, terminations, remedies, disputes, and claims.

Advises internal customers of contractual obligations and compiles and maintains accurate records and data, including the maintenance and enhancement of contract review process and procedures.

Understanding and experience in Export compliance and ITAR activities.

Review and negotiate Customer Terms and Conditions.

Participate in all phases of the license acquisition processes from negotiation to contract award, management and closeout; OEM contract review, novation and contract integration.


Prefer a 4 year degree plus a minimum of 4-6 years direct industry experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
