As a School Psychologist, you will work with other dedicated professionals who share your passion for helping individuals in need. What Will This Opportunity Offer You?

- Ability to conduct school-wide and class-wide climate assessments,provide behavioral consultation services to teachers, and participate in outcome initiatives.

- Ability to consult with district and/or school leadership teams to improve school climate and student behaviors.

- Develop and implement training programs using an active training style.

- Participate in the design and implementation of applied research and engage in data-based decision making at the school and individual student levels.

Devereux Children's Behavioral Health Services, located in Malvern PA, is an Approved Private Academic School which provides educational services to children and adolescents ages 8 -21 years with Emotional Disturbances, Learning Disabilities, and Conduct Disorders. The full-time School Psychologist (10 months, summers off) position will focus on Functional Behavioral Assessment, Positive Behavioral Intervention and consultation with educational staff on the implementation of interventions and individualized plans for each student. Our ideal candidate will be a PA-Certified School Psychologist who can serve multiple functions (ie. PBIS Coach, Data Analyst, Trainer, Supervisor, Re-evaluations, FBAs), and has exposure to and an understanding of Functional Behavior Analysis. Previous experience with PBIS preferred.

Position Requirements

- Master's degree required, Doctoral degree preferred.

- Certification as a school psychologist in the State of Pennsylvania required.

- Previous School PBIS experience preferred.

- A minimum of one year experience in a school setting (can be a clinical internship).

- Strong written communication and time management skills.
