Share Email Opening Title Digital Content Creator  Category IT   Description Summary: The Digital Content Creator plays a critical role in building and maintaining our digital presence across River Valley and Incredible Bank's brands. Partnering with our Digital Engagement Team this role will craft and deliver our message while supporting customer experience goals. Creativity, ability to create a connection while having data drive decisions is a must for the right individual. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Essential duties and responsibilities include the following: Develop content strategy to drive traffic, engagement, leads, sales effectiveness and customer retention. Write content across all digital channels to drive SEO and digital brand presence goals. Build digital editorial governance standards ensuring content is consistent with our brand voice, style and tone. Create free resources to drive leads/new customers including e-books, whitepapers, case studies etc. Create content for email marketing and other digital properties, customer and sales meetings and industry speaking opportunities Collaborate with designers, product marketing, sales professionals, and external influencers and industry experts to produce relevant content that meets the needs of both key stakeholders and our audience. Other Responsibilities: Perform other related duties as required or assigned that are in the spirit of this job description and position as necessary for the Bank and the Department to function effectively.
