AlphaCard is looking for an Marketing Coordinator to drive eCommerce sales through AlphaCards eCommerce platforms. This role requires strong communication, a proactive team player with multitasking capabilities eager to work on diverse projects. The ideal candidate can balance tasks and priorities with ease, all while maintaining an upbeat attitude in a fast-paced environment. This position reports directly to the Director of eCommerce and is a highly collaborative role.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Critical role with a focus on driving sales through AlphaCards Commerce platforms
  • Point of contact regarding Catalog and eCommerce Support
  • Create, upload and execute new items, images, and assortment
  • Review Product Details Pages and make necessary updates
  • Proactive communication with sales, distribution, and eCommerce platform administrators
  • Ability to recognize, own and execute tasks in a timely manner based on priorities, Multi-tasking and working efficiently under pressure
  • Measure and report performance of the eCommerce platforms against established key performance indicators and goals
  • Manage the flow of work and graphics resources to ensure timely and effective project completion
  • Ensure compliance with brand strategy, marketing strategy, visual identity, and legal guidelines
  • Handle customer services queries when it related to platform issue

Experience & Skills:

  • Bachelor Degree
  • Entry level to one year of experience - looking for someone eager to learn
  • Self-starter shows commitment to the job, brand, and partnerships
  • Action-oriented mindset to have an impact in a fast-paced, rapidly-changing growth environment
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail
  • Strong written, oral communication, and presentation skills and the experience to efficiently plan, prioritize, and manage numerous tasks simultaneously
