The Solution Consultant at Lucas Systems plays an integral role on our team by working directly with customers to identify opportunities to optimize their workflow and better engage their employees resulting in higher productivity, accuracy and service levels.
Working with our Sales team and our Lead Engineers, the Solution Consultant participates in sales discovery, creates a solution design, and develops the business case (ROI) to communicate the potential value and impact of the Lucas solution. They then work with the Commercial Software Project Managers and Lead Engineers to ensure the solution requirements and customer expectations are communicated and effectively addressed in the functional design and specifications of the solution. Post project execution, the Solution Consultant speaks to customer results and opportunities for internal and external continuous improvement.
Education and Experience:
Willingness for 25-50% travel on a regular basis.
