Our Team:
We are seeking a passionate Web Designer with an understanding of direct response marketing that can help execute our online business objectives and create amazing user experiences across our 4 product lines.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to shape the digital experience of our customers, participating in the execution of campaigns from concept to final hand-off to implementation. Working directly with the Digital Project Coordinator and Marketing Teams, you will create digital assets including: emails and landing pages, websites/microsites, wireframes, html mockups, infographics, 3rd party/social ads, lead gen assets, etc.
What you will be doing:

Design and update email and landing page content in an accurate and timely manner

Create wireframe prototypes and UX/UI design, develop graphics and layouts for B2C web pages/experiences

Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices and standards

Responsible for design innovation and adherence to company style guidelines

Stay on top of international web protocols, standards and technologies

Create and synthesize web assets from pre-existing marketing materials

JOB REQUIREMENTS -
BA/BS degree in Graphic/Web Design or equivalent -
2-3 years’ experience, particularly with direct response email campaigns in a B2C setting -
Highly proficient in HTML; ability to hand code HTML and recognize browser compatibility for HTML email -
Highly proficient in responsive web design techniques, capable of optimizing pages for all devices -
Strong creative layout and typography skills -
Strong proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop and Illustrator -
Project management and client interaction experience is desired -
Ability to manage multiple projects & tasks in a fast-paced environment -
Experience with multi-media executions (e.g. infographics for web & print) -
Experience using web analytics to support design decisions on websites -
Experience communicating with stakeholders, both written and verbal Must provide portfolio or examples of recent work to be considered.
