This individual’s main goal is to create and manage the execution of project work plans, revising as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements. The qualified candidate possesses broad experience in handling difficult or sensitive situations, in a professional, timely, and thorough manner. Qualified candidates are self-starters and highly-motivated to provide excellent customer service. Cultural Norms: What are the general responsibilities of the position? Client Facing: Main Point of contact for customer Recruiting, HR, Payroll and Time product launches Understand overall client strategic intent and direction and deliver SOWs for implementation services Develop implementation schedule and resource allocation plan Manage overall customer relationship and satisfaction during all phases of the implementation process Internal Facing: Work with Client Services Manager to ensure internal processes and client-facing documents are current and in support of corporate goals. Verify consultants are upholding internal processes to ensure consistent operations Identify and bring in resources as required for quick response to client issues raised during the implementation phase Document vital client communications Provide pre-sales advice to the sales team when required Time Allocation / Prioritization: Prioritize client issues, activities, on-going deployments Develop and coordinate all implementation schedules and resource allocation across all product implementation teams   Position Requirements What are we looking for in a candidate? Minimum 2 years experience in an external facing customer support/project management role, PMP preferred Experience with producing/maintaining detailed project plans Experience working in a fast-paced team environment Strong oral and written businesses communication skills Ability to prioritize issues /escalations and manage multiple projects simultaneously Quick analysis, troubleshooting and problem resolution skills Highly organized with exceptional follow through BA/BS or equivalent experience in Human Resource Management and/or Project Management   Location Roseville   About the Organization The Ascentis mission is to create innovative products that are easy to use for the often under-served mid-market that cover the full Human Capital Management (HCM) suite.
