Documents requirements, establishes scope and objectives and determines strategy for implementing systems that achieve business goals. Works with organizational end users to clarify current operating procedures and communicate program objectives. Performs testing, implementation activities and training with associates. Functions as subject matter expert for new and existing technology Desired Knowledge, Skills and Abilities BA or MBA with emphasis in Information Systems 8-10 years of experience with ERP or related computer applications development in a manufacturing environment Experience with Business Systems Analyst functions to include: Business process definition, requirements definition, and development and support of integrated business applications Implementation and support of ERP applications Integration of data from disparate systems Experience with Manufacturing processes and applications Project leadership experience Experience with Microsoft Development Tools preferred Professional appearance and personality that reflects honesty and reliability Effective communication skills: tact, perception, persuasion, and diplomacy with ability to speak within BMC Effective listening skills Effective Problem Solving and Creative Thinking Skills Ability to understand and discuss BMC business systems and processes Effective understanding of data flow and the effect of data as it flows through processes and functional areas Effective understanding and willingness to learn all features and functionality of software systems Good planning and organizational skills: ability to handle a number of projects simultaneously and adapts to interruptions skillfully Business writing skills and proof-reading skills   Physical Abilities Must pass toxicity test   Travel Less than 25%   EOE Statement We are an equal employment opportunity employer.
