Trims and edges around walks, flower beds, and walls. Prunes shrubs and trees to shape and improve growth or remove damaged leaves, branches, or twigs. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Cuts lawns, trains and edges, prunes shrubs, sprays lawns, burns leaves. 2. Repairs and works on Grounds Maintenance Machinery. 3. Perform any other related duties as required or assigned.   Position Requirements Equivalent to four years high school or GED plus 0 to 6 months related experience or training. Or equivalent combination of education and experience. Valid Drivers License, current liability insurance and registration, be physically able to drive to various locations in Arkansas and able to be insured to drive Pathfinder vehicle. While performing the functions of this job, the employee is continuously required to stand, walk, sit, use hands to finger, handle, or feel, reach with hands and arms, climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl, talk or hear. The employee must continuously lift and/or move more than 100 pounds.
