Share Email Opening Title Senior Operations Manager  Description Summary The Senior Manager of Operations will be responsible for directing the development and implementation of activities in production area(s) to meet production goals, quality, and cost objectives. They will prioritize production schedules based on product introduction, equipment efficiency, and materials supply, as well as plan and administer procedures and budgets. Makes budgetary recommendations and at higher levels, controls capital expenditures and direct/indirect labor. Develops schedules and manpower requirements for assigned areas. Selects, develops, and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Develops, implements, and maintains policies, procedures, and systems to reduce costs, streamline procedures, and implement solutions - Proven track record of Lean techniques and implementation Effectively maneuver and generate reports within ERP/MRP systems. Maximize cash flow without sacrificing operational efficiencies. Strong understanding of other Operational activities outside of Operations Select, develop, and evaluate personnel to meet business growth & objectives Ability to thrive in a high energy, high growth environment. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline or business, plus a minimum of 12 years of direct industry experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience; prefer a level of 18+ years of direct industry experience. Must have a successful record of developing and leading people.
