Job Title: IT Support Specialist

Primary Responsibilities:
· Provide Tier I level, onsite technical support to Distribution Center facility with a minimum of 175 employees. Ability to quickly learn, and Support Facility Supply Chain Applications, Hardware and Process'. (Manhattan WMOS, Microsoft Office, RF and wireless Terminals, network hardware, Printers, etc.) ; May be part of an on-call rotation for after-hours support as necessary.
· Excellent written and verbal communications skills to facilitate communications between and among highly experienced business and IT team members.
· Track, document and resolve incidents and requests reported during deployment of new applications as well as enhancements to existing applications.
· Ability to work with remote Infrastructure support team to resolve onsite technical and system issues in a timely manner.
· Provide end-user training along with site-level support; performs all functions in accordance with IT and the company's business practices.
· Perform Audits with the operation to validate System Configuration against enduser execution.
· Previous experience in a Technical Support role, help desk, or Technical Repair/Test Bench role preferred
· Design and develop a knowledge bank to document resolutions for future post-action analysis Understanding of general Distribution Warehouse Management System concepts, particularly around retail(Manhattan WMOS) helpful.
· Participation in IT project lifecycles/ implementation projects is preferred.
· Should possess knowledge of SQL (SQL Developer preferred).
· Organizational and project skills, ability to multi-tasking across multiple projects.
· Collaborate with the team in the planning, design, development of new and existing applications and process'.
Skills:
The IT Support Specialist's role is to provide Tier I support for all IT related issues, Specialist will be expected to help configure, test, analyze and support WMS applications in support of core organizational functions and business processes. The selected individual will apply proven communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills to help maximize the benefit of IT-related system investments.

· Possess a relevant professional qualification and/or suitable background experience in operations or training.
· Possess excellent personal organization and strong analytical and problem solving skills.
· Possess the ability to work productively, efficiently & effectively with initiative and drive while under tight deadlines and pressure all while maintain attention to detail and quality.
