Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health Massachusetts' Mental and Behavioral Health Continuum programs, consist of residential and group home treatment for girls and boys. . Our Clinical Program Supervisor oversees the clinical services provided in the residential treatment programs, provides supervision to licensed and unlicensed clinicians and interns, and also provides training to staff. Additional responsibilities include clinical quality improvement, (e.g. program model fidelity assessments, documentation reviews), pre-admission evaluations, interviewing and hiring of clinical staff, and crisis intervention.
