The Benefits Coordinator will be responsible for the administrative support of the day-to-day Human Resource operations and provides assistance with and facilitates the HR processes. The Coordinator role performs duties at a professional level and works closely with HR Management in some or all of the following functional areas: benefits administration, retirement program, team member discount program, wellness initiatives, team member events, employment law compliance and policy implementation. Must practice and act as an advocate for both team members and the Edgewood business. This position will exhibit excellence in cultivating the Edgewood Vision by executing both team member and guest engagement standards.

Position Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent education.

  • 2 years-experience in Human Resources, including benefits administration, required.

  • Guest service background at a hotel/resort property preferred.

  • Effective verbal and written communication skills needed.

  • Previous experience and proficient with Ascentis or comparable Human Capital Management System preferred.

  • Ability to prepare, organize, and report data on and generated by computer.

  • Available to work varied shifts when needed, including weekends, holidays, and nights.
