Share Email Opening Title Cycle Work Merchandiser for Grocery Store Resets  About the Organization TIE, The In-Store Experts, is a leading retail reset provider filling the varied merchandising needs of national chain grocery and drug stores.   Location Beaumont, TX   Description Are you a skilled merchandiser with retail, grocery, stocking, reset or new store set-up experience? Do you like working on a team, and having variety in your job? Then we would like to talk to you about immediate and ongoing cycle merchandising work. You will be on a small team, completing resets at various national chain retail locations in your area, in a new store each day. You will drive to a store location (a different store each day) and work independently or on a team, breaking down delivered loads at major chain grocery retailers, and stocking product onto the shelves. Experience in freight, grocery, retail, resets or merchandising is required. Having experience reading planograms, schematics or mods to complete store resets/remodels is strongly preferred. MUST HAVE a reliable car and be willing to drive to store locations within a 30-50 mile radius. Paid mileage and drive time programs will apply if the distance qualifies, will talk about this during interview.   Position Requirements PLANOGRAM, SCHEMATIC, MOD EXPERIENCE STRONGLY PREFERRED START DATE: Must be available to start February 5th START TIME: 7AM; 8 hour shifts LOCATIONS: Woodville, Jasper, Newton, Kirbyville, Huntsville, Trinity, Corrigan, Diboll & Onalaska; All Centrally Located in TX, possibly new locations as well. PROJECT: ONGOING DAILY RESETS, DIFFERENT STORE EACH DAY, MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY, 4-5 DAYS A WEEK PAY RATE: $12.00 - $13.00 an hour depending on experience; paid mileage will apply if driving further than 20 miles to a store location BASIC RESPONSIBILITIES: • Travel to store locations within 40-mile radius; may change store location each day and eventually have set route • Work on a small team to complete directives of the team lead • Duties may include, but are not limited to, resets, product rotation, stocking, displaying, and tagging merchandise according to retailer provided plan-o-grams/schematics • Maintain regular contact with your TIE Retail Solutions Manager via phone, texting, email and on-line reporting EXPERIENCE: • Experience in retail or grocery required. • Strongly prefer experience with plan-o-grams/schematics/mods • Merchandising experience strongly preferred • Proven customer service experience. QUALIFICATIONS: • Reliable and punctual, strong time-management skills • Adaptable to working in a team environment • Detail oriented, self-motivated • Must have reliable transportation and be willing to drive up to 40-mile radius • Ability to lift 25 lbs • Stand, bend and stoop consistently for full day shifts • Require a smartphone with data and texting, and valid email address for reliable communication • Maintain professional appearance at all times and abide by dress code   Open Date 2/12/2018   Req Number MER-18-00127   This position is currently not accepting applications.
