In this position you will be responsible for the oversight and coordination of all facets of Technical Solutions projects including customer communications, coordination and scheduling of project resources, coordination of equipment and personnel, order processing, invoicing, creating work orders, equipment and materials purchasing, drawing review, inside sales and technical phone support. The project coordinator position requires a minimum of an Associate's degree or a Vocational degree with coursework related to electrical controls, instrumentation and automation. Qualified applicants will possess the following knowledge, skills and abilities: Position Requirements: • Excellent Communications and Customer Service Skills • High level of independence and ability to work without direct supervision • Proven Initiative and Work Ethic • Proven Multitasking Ability • Detail Oriented - High Level of Accuracy and Quality Control • Excellent Organizational Skills • Strong Problem Solving Skills • Proficient to Strong Computer literacy • File & Document Management, Microsoft Office   Position Project Coordinator   Position Requirements Preferred Qualifications: • Knowledge of Electrical Systems, Instrumentation & Control Systems • Knowledge of motors, motor controls, VFD's • Knowledge and familiarity with electrical components & materials • Ability to read and interpret and modify electrical drawings and bill of materials • AutoCAD or AutoCAD LT / Visio Experience • Knowledge and application of the NEC – National Electrical Code • Previous Technical Training The desired candidate will also be highly motivated, willing to challenge and improve the Company's existing processes, and must be adaptable to perform other duties as needed.
