Located in Central Phoenix, Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health Arizona's Outpatient program offers comprehensive outpatient counseling services for individuals, families, and groups in the office, school and/or home setting. Specialties include the treatment of Autism Spectrum Disorder, ADHD, Conduct Disorders, Mood Disorders, Physical Abuse, Sexual Abuse, and Anxiety Disorders.

As a Director of Outpatient Services, you will focus on the operation, quality, integrity and financial success of Outpatient Services. You will provide direction to a variety of client service models while fostering the Devereux mission and philosophical values of quality care. The chosen candidate promotes teamwork and trust through effective leadership and role modeling.

Position Requirements

Our Ideal Candidate:

  • Master’s Degree in related field required.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in a child welfare, behavioral health or social service setting. With at least 3 years of managing an Outpatient Office.
  • Minimum 3 years of Leadership experience at the manager or director (and above) level
  • Current, valid, Arizona Behavioral Health Professional license – Independent license strongly preferred (LPC, LCSW, LCSW, LISAC)
  • Direct Outpatient leadership experience
  • Outstanding leadership skills to lead a diverse group and problem solve effectively
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
