Job Summary:

The Membership and Awards Intern will provide support to the Membership and Awards department, including providing CRM functions for the department in collaboration with department managers. The Intern will have the opportunity to strengthen already solid administrative and support skills, organizational and interpersonal skills, work ethic and sense of individual responsibility, and comfort level with multitasking.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide assistance with demographic data clean up.
  • Research members and clean up their data on CRM to ensure accuracy.
  • Research members’ social platforms, including the IMDb and LinkedIn profiles.
  • Other tasks and projects as accordingly assigned.
 
Position Requirements
  • Administrative experience supporting one or more managers.
  • Computer proficiency with MS Office and CRM.
  • Must be social media savvy with attention to detail.
  • Outstanding communication skills, including highly-professional verbal and written communication.
  • Ability to work cooperatively with other departments, and professionally and gracefully with members and the public.
  • Must be flexible with the capacity to multitask, prioritize, meet deadlines, follow instruction, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.

This internship is part of the Academy Gold Program, an 8-week internship enhancement program that incorporates learning opportunities including an intensive two-day orientation, weekly panels, exclusive networking events, workshops, screenings, and mentorship opportunities with Academy members.
