The Management and Program Support Lead will be responsible for supporting all management, planning, and reporting aspects of a high-quality, results-oriented program focused on reducing the prevalence of trafficking-in-persons in Bangladesh.
The Management and Program Support Lead will work closely with the Chief of Party to provide overall project management, administration, and implementation. S/he will establish and maintain systems for project operations and oversee the preparation and submission of technical and financial reports to USAID.
Support the Chief of Party in developing workplans and ensuring the timely, high quality implementation of activities
Support the Chief of Party in preparing, editing, and submitting timely and accurate activity, financial, and administrative reports to USAID
Establish, improve, and maintain accurate administrative, financial, and subgrant monitoring systems in collaboration with the Finance and Administration Manager
Serve as liaison to external agencies, stakeholders, private sector actors, etc. as requested by the Chief of Party
Provide editing support for success stories, training materials, reports, newsletters and other communication pieces as required
Other duties as assigned
Successful candidates will have significant project management and leadership experience, as well as proficiency in spoken and written English.
Education: Master’s level degree required in international development, education, business, English, political science, or a relevant social science discipline.
Relevant Experience and Skills:
Demonstrated administrative skills in the management of complex programming, on time and on budget.
Experience developing high-quality technical reports for senior management and external dissemination
Financial management, budget design, and budget management experience preferred.
Experience in strategic planning and implementation of strategic plans.
Demonstrated effective interpersonal skills, problem solving, conflict and ethical management skills.
Fluency in English is required.
Computer literate in word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation software (Microsoft).
