Job Summary: Fruit Production, packaging, other kitchen duties assigned.
Attendance Requirements: Flexible hours, early morning, weekend and evening duty seven days a week.
Work Environment: All area's of Co-op Kitchen.
Equipment: Knives, pallet jack, slicer, Gas range, food processor, Steamers, tilt skillet, grill, bermixer, automated and manual prep machines, other equipment
Cleanliness: Keeps regular cleaning schedule for all hot line equipment. Follows sanitation guidelines, SOP's and HACCP principles as directed by the Production Manager.
Ensures follow through on production lists and cleaning schedules.
Qualifications: High School or equivalent. Must have a minimum of 3 years restaurant experience or equivalent.
Must be able to lift 60 lbs comfortably on a regular basis. Must be a team player.
