Our Brief Intervention program is a short-term residential facility which provides enhanced residential services to male and female adolescents ages 12-17. They stay up to 30 days in our structured treatment setting which includes 24-hour supervision and therapeutic services. This program is designed for adolescents who are in crisis, requiring active treatment in an environment with a high degree of oversight, intensive programming, and treatment.
Located in Tucson, AZ, the Program Coordinator will organize the activities and day to day operational funtions of the Brief Intervention Programs while ensuring a safe, clean and therapeutic environment. Completes annual evaluations for direct reports and attends to all interviewing/hiring, of staff as well as addressing disciplinary actions needed. Works closely with the learning department to ensure direct reports are in compliance with training as well as ensures clinical supervision is obtained timely and staff is compliant. Conducts ongoing needs assessment for dorms and develops, implements and evaluates programs for the dorms that are therapeutic and within the best practices of Devereux
This position will work a Tuesday through Saturday 7:30am to 3:30pm
