Eagle Harbor Solutions is hiring a Business Systems Analyst. This is a direct, full time position with our company, working at our customer’s site in Albuquerque, NM. Pursuant to PL 93-638, as amended, Preference will be given to qualified applicants who are a member of a Federally Recognized Native American Tribe.

EHS is looking for a Business Systems Analyst with excellent communication skills to support EHS and our customer. The ideal candidate will be expected to:
- Review, analyze, and evaluate user needs to create IT systems solutions that support overall business strategies.
- Documents system requirements.
- Defines scope and objectives, and assists in the creation of system specifications that drive system development and implementation.
- Function as a liaison between IT and users and have both business and technical expertise.
Education, Experience & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree is required and an advanced degree is preferred
- Must have a minimum of 5-7 years of experience
- DOI experience preferred
- Must be familiar with MS Office Products
Working Environment & Conditions
This position is primarily indoors, consistent with a standard office position and has a noise level of mostly low to moderate. The incumbent is required to stand; walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; talk and hear. The work load may require the incumbent to sit for extended periods of time. The incumbent must be able to read, do simple math calculations and withstand moderate amounts of stress. The incumbent must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 lbs. Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
