The Global Digital Operations Internship program provides the best undergraduate students a unique opportunity to gain meaningful Commercial experience in the pharmaceutical industry. In addition to the Commercial experience, the program participants are involved in cross-functional training sessions and networking activities. All participants will have exposure to Senior leadership throughout the mentoring program.
Participants will collaborate with others to share their individual project experiences and contributions. AstraZeneca is seeking a Business Operations Analyst Intern to assist in evolving AZ’s best in class digital sales aids and enablement tools which are a critical component in closed-loop marketing efforts. This candidate would assist with updating the deliverables from this initiative ( i.e. updating the Marketing Operations Manual, document enhanced business rules and provide input in the communication plan )
The Business Operations Analyst Intern will be exposed to and participate in the marketing operations of AstraZeneca. The analyst will provide the Global Digital Channel Leaders with support for process improvements, with a focus on finding greater business efficiencies.
· Apply analytical thinking and technical expertise to enable workflows
· Pull-through process enhancements that directly impact pre- & post-production requirements
· update documentation and articulate the value back to the business
· Meet and interact with key internal and external stakeholders including Brand, Operations, Regulatory and preferred suppliers
