You have a solid track record leading sales teams in an enterprise environment. You have the ability to work with the Executive team and cross functionally to ensure strategic initiatives are flawlessly executed.

About the job: The Sales leader will be responsible for leading Enterprise Sales teams. As we continue to grow, this role will be responsible for managing sales managers. This role will interact with the Executive team on strategy, ensure sales teams are adhering to process, and assist with ensuring we are closing as many deals as possible.

Your Skills and Experiences:

  • Outstanding executive-level communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to execute business development opportunities including skills in prospecting, negotiating, deal structure, closing and implementation
  • Excellent Presentation Skills
  • Experienced selling Solutions to Enterprise customers
  • Effective time management, multi tasks efficiently with effective prioritizing
  • Ability to manage both Sales teams as well as other Sales leaders
  • Can work cross functionally with Marketing, IT, and manufacturing
  • Strong understanding of various marketing channels and MarTech Industry

Marketing Buzzwords: Marketing Automation, Marketo, Google Panda, Seismic, WordPress, Salesforce, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Oracle Eloqua, SaaS, Trello, Storytelling, B2B. (We don't expect you to have all of these things on your resume, but you should know what they mean.)

The rest of the stuff: Compensation based on experience. Full-time position with complete benefit package including health, 401K, disability, vacation, etc.
