Description Winrock International is searching for an experienced, reliable and task-oriented Executive Assistant to support the Sr. Director of Global Human Resources. The Executive Assistant serves as the primary point of contact for internal and external constituencies on all matters pertaining to the HR office. S/he will provide high-level administrative support by conducting research, preparing reports, handling information requests, and performing clerical functions such as preparing correspondence, receiving visitors, arranging conference calls, and scheduling meetings. The ideal candidate is highly self-motivated, professional, and capable of managing their work load and prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced corporate environment. Roles and Responsibilities

• Completes a broad variety of administrative tasks for the Sr. Director, Global Human Resources including: managing an active calendar of appointments; completing expense reports; composing and preparing correspondence; arranging complex and detailed travel plans, itineraries, and agendas; and compiling documents for meetings
• Assist the Recruitment team with screening of resumes; calling and greeting candidates; coordinating interviews and other tasks as needed
• Become the in-house subject matter expert on our HRIS system and be responsible for knowing the ins-and-outs of the system in order to effectively troubleshoot issues and provide knowledgeable guidance to our system users
• Prepares reports, presentations, and data, as well as maintaining files, records, and correspondence for meetings
• Handles confidential information; organizes and maintains files
• Prepares information and research for executive needs
• May help plan events for the department, meetings, and employee team building activities or special projects

2. Very strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders
3. Expert level written and verbal communication skills
4. Highly resourceful team-player, with the ability to also be extremely effective independently
5. Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion, be adaptable to various competing demands, and demonstrate the highest level of customer/client service and response
6. Previous experience with HRIS/payroll systems preferred
7. Demonstrated ability to achieve high performance goals and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
8. Bachelor's degree required
9. Previous experience supporting senior management
10. Proficient in Microsoft Office
