Effective with the release of this position announcement, Winrock International is recruiting applicants for the position of HR Manager for an anticipated USAID-funded Tajikistan Agribusiness Competitiveness Activity project.
Winrock is seeking senior-level agriculture marketing, supply chain, and finance experts for a USAID funded project that will support the growth of a competitive agriculture industry in Tajikistan. The experts will design and provided technical leadership to activities that will support agribusinesses in accessing and competing in domestic, region, and international markets. Through its market-driven interventions the project will spur on and off-farm employment opportunities and incentivize investment in business service provision and market infrastructure. For all positions, preference is given to those with previous private sector experience and advanced degrees.
HR Manager will be responsible for ensuring Winrock's compliance with labor law requirements including drafting and administering staff employment contracts, following Winrock's hiring process for local short-term consultants, ensuring staff are trained and informed of Winrock's Code of Conduct and Ethics policies.
Manage any reporting required to the Home Office and Government of Tajikistan on status of labor contracts or labor issues.
