What are the objectives/goals of the position?
The goal of this position is to improve the processes with the Multi-Channel Relationship Marketing (MCRM) Capability by working closely with the Global MCMR Leader and other US and International PMs. This MCRM area is working to expand and improve the ways we track multi-channel campaigns for both HCPs and Consumers.
What are the primary duties of this position?
Assist the Campaign Operations Team in continuing to improve their processes and ways of working
Identify opportunities for improvement based on research against other competitors or industries
Use existing campaign plans to create a marketing campaign to showcase the value that Campaign Operations can bring to Brands and Markets
Help improve additional ways to track and report on multi-channel campaigns
What technical skills are required?
Proficiency with standard Software including Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint
Good written and verbal Communication skills.
