The BCBA will join an industry leading non-profit behavioral health care organization that has been providing services to individuals with emotional, developmental and educational disabilities for over 100 years.

What does the BCBA Position Offer YOU?

  • Experience writing Behavior Support Plans and training staff on implementing goals.

  • Designing, implementing, and teaching staff to implement behavior observation systems, training/support plans, and behavior intervention guidelines.

  • Assisting program management and staff with daily activity schedule to ensure it meets all consumer needs.

  • Collecting, summarizing and presenting data on consumers.

  • Participating in IHP meetings and all other clinical treatment team meetings for consumers.

  • Being part of a clinical team that includes PhD' s and BCBA levels.

  • Working with families on goals their child is working on and how to implement while at home.

  • Providing verbal, written and graphic communication for internal and external review.

  • Consulting residential staff to ensure the provision of effective and efficient service delivery.

  • Experience training new direct care staff on our Safe Positive Approaches (SPA) as well as our New Directions Curriculum.

  • Stability working for an organization that has been providing.

This postion's location responsibilities are in Cumberland County.

Client Population: Male and Female consumers with developmental, emotional and intellectual disabilities and individuals on the Autism Spectrum.

Position Requirements

The accomplished individual will possess:

  • Masters degree in Psychology, Special Education with a BCBA certification required OR
  • BCBA-D Board Certified Behavioral Analyst Doctoral.
  • Two years experience working with behavioral consumer with I/DD.
  • Experience with Functional Behavior Assessments and writing Behavior Support Plans.
  • Training and experience in Applied Behavior Analysis.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive and perform in an ever-changing, fast paced and demanding environment.
  • Strong problem solving skills and attention to detail.
Exempt/Non-Exempt Exempt  
Job Summary Full time, Monday-Friday 9a-5p with flexibility and on-call. Cumberland location
