ESSENTIAL DUTIES OF THE POSITION:
„h Personally perform and ensure Associate accountability in building relationships with the Guests through the following steps: Always greet the Guest in a friendly fashion, ensuring eye contact and a smile. Take care of the Guest's needs. Close with a friendly comment.
„h Ensure optimal Guest Satisfaction through prompt, courteous and efficient service, and by promoting Guest Satisfaction as the number one priority for the Staff.
„h Ensure that slot area is clean and comfortable for the Guests in all respects, including temperature, sound levels, and safety issues.
„h Monitor all slot equipment ensuring that it is functioning properly, and communicate concerns to appropriate Slot Manager,
„h Monitors all aspects of the Slot Operations and ensures the best possible experience for the Guests.
„h Educate, coach, and document performance effectiveness of Slot Service Associates and follow through appropriately. Ensure that Associates are performing to acceptable standards, consistently working to raise individual levels of effectiveness.
„h Promote an environment of teamwork with all casino Associates and ensure mutual trust and respect.
„h Ensure two-way communications with Slot Service Associates and Managers, ensuring that each is well informed of critical and important events.
„h Support, educate and ensure compliance on all department and company initiatives and policies and procedures.
„h Understand and ensure compliance with all gaming regulations (Federal, State, and Band Statutes) and with Grand Casino's internal controls, policies and procedures.
„h Stay abreast of all promotions and events to actively inform and educate Guests and Associates.
„h Responsible for maintaining a consistent, regular attendance record and for presenting self in a professional manner both on and off property.
„h Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring and training Associates; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; coaching and counseling Associates; addressing and resolving concerns.
„h Present a professional image and display friendly, enthusiastic and positive qualities
„h Must adhere to policies or performance of duties to ensure ongoing Title 31/BSA compliance.
„h Responsible for following all relevant DGR's.
„h Perform other duties as assigned.
SUPERVISORY REQUIREMENTS OF THE POSITION:
„h Directly supervise Slot Service Associates.
