$20/hr. 5 days/week with variable schedule. Benefits eligible. Manages 3 employees.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Installing, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining various building systems.
Operating hi-lifts, trash compactors, and trucks.
Repairing, modifying, and moving retail merchandising units.
Performing minor floor repairs.
Repairing minor concrete and blacktop repairs.
Drywall installation, finishing, painting, and repairs.
Assisting with maintaining inventory records.
Any other work that may be requested of the maintenance department.
Some shift work and shared on-call emergency response is required.
Minimum experiences: Supervisory experience, basic maintenance/custodial knowledge, working knowledge of hot and cold water pressure washing and general cleaning equipment, valid driver license. Will supervise maintenance and cleaning personnel.
Desired experience, education, and training: 3 years supervisory, 5 years maintenance / custodial, HS diploma, Equipment use, maintenance, and minor repair.
