Position Overview:

The Customer Service Associate enjoys a dynamic and high energy environment. They will be responsible for everything from wait time management to register operations wait time, customer service to merchandising, and maintaining store signage and displays. The Customer Service Associate is the face of our brand and deals directly with customer to provide friendly, courteous and efficient service.


  • Greet customers in a courteous friendly, and professional manner using agreed upon procedures
  • Listen attentively to customer needs and concerns; demonstrate empathy
  • Clarify customer requirements: probe for and confirm understanding of requirements or problem.
  • Communicate effectively with individuals/teams in the store to ensure high quality and timely expedition of customers' requests.
  • Maintain broad knowledge of client products and services.
  • Create a welcoming environment
  • Wait Time Management
  • Customer Needs Assessment
  • Warm hands off to sales associates
  • Merchandising and Collateral Updates
  • Basic customer interactions
  • Live demonstration of new products and services
  • Introducing current promotions to customers
Position Requirements

Job Requirements:

  • Ability to communicate, and generally interact with people in a positive way
  • Professional, energetic and positive attitude  
  • Excellent written and verbal/interpersonal communications skills
  • Flexible scheduling availability; reliable transportation
  • Completed High school diploma/GED
  • Courteous with strong customer service orientation.
  • Dependable with proficient attention to detail
  • Good listening and responding skills
  • Some technical knowledge

Work Environment:

  • Must be able to stand for long periods of time (up to 9 hours) on the sales floor
  • Must be able to move and/or lift up to 25 pounds
