Responsible for the maintenance and cleanliness of beverage stations and equipment are in accordance with Mille Lacs Corporate Ventures standards.

  • Responsible for set-up stocking, and tear down of all portable bars.
  • Responsible for cleaning of beverage areas in bar stations.
  • Provide and replenishes beverage stock and supplies.
  • Remove empty bottles and trash.
  • Prepare necessary fruit for use as garnishes.
  • Responsible for receiving, issuing and keeping necessary records of liquor store and supplies.
  • Serve as back up for Bartenders when necessary.
  • Knowledge of Dramm Shop Act and Bartender's responsibilities and rights under it.
  • Responsible for promoting outstanding Guest Services on a continual basis.
  • Participate as a team member with Bartenders, Utilities, Servers, Supervisors and all other pertinent Mille Lacs Corporate Ventures Associates in ensuring an efficient operation.
  • Responsible for maintaining a consistent and regular attendance record.

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred.

  • One year full service bartending experience preferred.

  • Serv-Safe Certification and Alcohol Awareness Certification preferred. Certification required within one (1) year of placement.


  • Must possess excellent communication and organizational skills.

  • Must be able to secure appropriate licensing from the gaming commission.

  • Serv-Safe Certification preferred.

  • Alcohol Awareness certification preferred.


  • Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Must be able to effectively communicate in one-on-one, small group situations, and to moderate-sized gatherings of associates, executives and/or community leaders.


  • Must be able to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, percentages, common fractions, and decimals, and work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference.


  • Must be able to apply common sense understanding to a variety of situations, in order to collect data, analyze facts, and determine appropriate response.

  • Must be able to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and technical documents.


While performing the duties of this job, the associate is regularly required to:

  • Talk and hear;

  • See and adjust focus to include close, distance, color, depth, and peripheral vision;

  • Stand, walk, run, sit, balance, stoop, kneel, climb, crouch, and/or crawl;

  • Handle objects, tools, and controls; reach with arms and hands.

  • Lift, push, pull and/or move objects weighing up to one hundred (100) pounds.

  • Climb a variety of ladders, up to 36 feet tall, and use aerial lift equipment.


    While performing the duties of this job, the associate is regularly exposed to:

  • A low-to-moderate noise level (offices).

  • A moderate-to-loud noise level (operations areas).

  • Second-hand cigarette/cigar smoke.

  • Moving mechanical and/or electrical components.

  • Motorized equipment and machinery.

  • Chemical solutions such as cleaning and polishing compounds.

  • At times may be exposed to unusual indoor and outdoor elements, such as extreme temperatures, wet or humid conditions, chemicals, fumes, airborne particles, dirt, dust, and other hazards.
