JOB SUMMARY Electrical Engineering Intern: Apply your creative ability, critical thinking skills, and engineering judgment to help create and support products for the aerospace industry. Work as a member of a team in the planning, implementation and completion of projects using your fundamental electrical engineering skills. Under the supervision of experienced engineers, you will be responsible for electrical engineering activities to support various products and processes. Depending on the position, and under the guidance of more experienced engineers, responsibilities may include: Performing design tests to evaluate and verify potential product re-design Validating second sources for long lead or pending obsolescence product components Troubleshooting units that have been returned from the field for failure investigation Troubleshooting units that have been rejected from the production line for test failure Proposing solutions to identified failure mechanisms Using various tools such as OrCad, PSpice, Visio, Matlab, and other Test & Measurement equipment.
