Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health Florida provides programs and services for adults and adolescents with autism. Based in Winter Park, with homes located in Winter Park, Orlando and Casselberry, this position is responsible for the implementation and development of individualized treatment programs for clients with autism and behavioral issues.

Position Requirements

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology or related field required
  • Master’s degree in Psychology or related field preferred

Schedule:

  • Must be able to complete a paid two week (Monday - Friday) new hire orientation class; hours are approximately 9:00am to 5:00pm each day

Other Requirements:

  • Minimum BCaBA certification required; BCBA certification preferred
  • Two years' experience working in the field of ABA and/or I/DD implementing behavioral treatment plans and one year of experience in performing behavioral assessments; developing, writing, implementing and evaluating individual and/or unit wide behavioral programs; and training staff in behavioral principles and procedures preferred
