Seeking a Case Coordinator to support our Specialty Foster Care Division.

1st Shift, Starting Salary $14.00/hour

As a Case Coordinator at Devereux, you will work with other dedicated professionals who share your passion. We offer:

- Uniqure programs to to help the children and familes that we serve.

As a case coordinator you will provide services to Clients and Therapeutic Homes, including implementation of the Client's Individual Service Plan (ISP) under current State and agency guidelines. Provide weekly face-to-face contact with primary-identified Therapeutic Foster Parent, including conducting weekly Treatment Management Groups with all assigned therapeutic Parents.

Position Requirements

TRequirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Psychology, Sociology, Human Services, Social Work or other related field required
  • Masters Degree in Counseling, Social Work or related field is strongly preferred
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Minimum of two years experience in child and adolescent community based mental health services preferred; specifically therapeutic foster care or in home crisis intervention. MAPP training (Model Approaches to Partnership in Parenting) preferred. Experience providing clinical and/or case management services to children and families

Job Summary Schedule for this position is: Monday-Friday Starting Salary $14.00/hour.
