Our contractor employees provide operator, instructor, technical, and administrative support necessary to sustain and enhance the effective training of U. S. Army commanders and their staffs. The team assists units in exercise preparation, planning, seminars, execution, evaluation, and training of controller personnel on the use of assigned simulation/stimulation systems. The Knowledge Management Specialist implements and controls Knowledge Management policies and procedures to help the Team in gaining, archiving, and retrieving content. Duties Include: · Function as Knowledge Management Lead. · Access and regularly work with Government sensitive data and may be asked to represent the Government at meetings and conferences. · Be responsible for content management on the MTC Share Point portal, social media, media production capabilities in support of training and exercises; to include audio, video and print as well as interface with MTC Government Knowledge Management Leads. Required Qualifications: · Two or more years' experience, or equivalent, working in the Microsoft SharePoint environment or similar web based collaboration software tool(s). · Bachelor's degree in any field. · Experience with military training/training support. · Experience in operations and training or knowledge management at battalion or higher; · Background in training management; · Minimum of six years of supervisory experience. · Two years of experience working in the Microsoft SharePoint environment or similar web based collaboration software tool(s). · Experience with designing and implementation of web design, collaboration tools and content management. · Have experience designing and implementation of web design, collaboration tools and content management. · Information Assurance Technology Level 1 (IAT1) Baseline and Computing environment certifications. Clearance: Secret Location: Fort Sam Houston, Joint Base San Antonio (contingent).
