The internship project includes research on data analytics of energy systems. The successful candidate is expected to develop predictive tools such as PV generation prediction, load forecasting, and battery life/health estimations. The research should result in publications at premier conferences and lay foundation for product ideas.   Position Requirements • PhD candidate in CS/EE • Solid knowledge of machine learning concepts and libraries • Solid knowledge of deep learning/neural networks • Good programming (C++, Python) and system design skills Desired skills: • Understanding of energy systems and energy management solutions • Knowledge of stochastic/deterministic optimization methods • Understanding of battery storage devices operation   This position is currently not accepting applications.
