Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health Massachusetts/Rhode Island provides programs and services for children and adolescents with neuro-developmental disorders (including ASD) and co-occurring mental and behavioral health issues. Our Hilltop Program is a Campus-Based Program in Rutland, MA, that provides therapeutic services to males ages 10-16, diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorders, mood disorders, psychotic disorders and/or trauma histories. As a Clinician, you will provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and other behavioral intervention services including functional behavior assessments (FBAs), positive behavior support plans, in-vivo coaching, assessment of functional skill level, and clinical consultation to direct care staff and families. Our Clinicians collaborate with Case Managers and Program Directors to provide Individual, Group and Family Therapy. The primary clinical treatment model for this program is a combination of Applied Behavior Analysis and CBT within a trauma informed care milieu.

Position Requirements

Master's Degree in Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, or Social Work is required.

Clinical Licensure preferred or License Eligible.

Experience working with children/adolescents with trauma and mental health issues required.

Proficient computer skills and a working knowledge of software programs (i.e. Microsoft Word, Powerpoint, Excel, etc).
