The FGXI District Manager position serves as the basic field level management of the FGXI service organization at the local retail level. District Managers are responsible for the overall successful execution of retail strategies within their defined geographic area. A focus of the position is on developing long term working partnerships with both store managers and retailer district or regional level contacts. Primary job responsibilities include: *Recruitment and selection of service representatives in a defined area *Territory planning *Hours management *Meeting of project completion deadlines for all reps in area *In person work withs *Store audits *Performance management process *Assuring compliance to standards in credit writing, cycle counts and generating orders *Resolution of store issues *Communication with FGXI account management personnel
