Share Email Opening Title Food & Beverage Supervisor  Description SUMMARY Supervise the day-to-day operation of the department for a given shift. Supervise control and distribution of the operating equipment, maintenance of cleaning and sanitation standards, supervision of all utility, pot washer, and worker assignments task. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES 1. Responsible for all personnel under his/her supervision. 2. Responsible for all proper cleaning, rack and distribution of all china, silver and glassware for all outlets. 3. Maintains required standards of sanitation and cleanliness. 4. Make shift report as required by the Kitchen Manager. 5. Reviews and reinforces operating procedures with his/her shift. 6. Minimizes breakage of circulating equipment. 7. Attends to all calls that are made from outlet managers. 8. Disciplines employees within the limits his/her authority. 9. Reviews and reinforces operating procedures with his/her staff. 10. Assumes/performs additional duties as assigned. #ind1   Position Requirements QUALIFICATIONS To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, and/or ability required. EDUCATION High School Diploma or equivalent preferred. EXPERIENCE 1-2 years' supervisory experience in the food industry.
