Description

Assertive Professionals is looking for Imagery Analysts with the necessary expertise to support the ongoing and future operations on the JGASS Contract (Formerly Dagger) based out of Ft. Bragg, NC with 24/7 operations and OCONUS support all over the world. This critical mission requires that only the best Imagery and Geospatial Intel professionals be partnered together to provide the real-world Intel, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (ISR) required for mission success.

Through the JGASS Program you can join our talented analysts who contribute to the actionable intelligence capabilities and the exploitation of almost all of the aerial assets for direction action task forces throughout the world. Their understanding of the rigor of all facets of the mission, including immediate consequences of every “call,” allowing them to continuously drive the success of immediate and long term mission planning and execution.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Imagery Analyst shall perform high level/expert imagery analysis, intelligence systems architecture and evaluation of procedures, processes, techniques, models and/or methodologies used to develop complex solutions to requirements. Routine/daily work performed includes real-time analysis using FMV and imagery analyis and fusion analysis using multi-INT data. Analysts must be able to fulfill RFI requests in dynamic environments while performing normal PED processes. Analysts will create mission storyboards, imagery products, and RFI products daily. Analyst must be able to conduct a range of call-outs to include but not limited to: POL, BFO, physical characterizations of people and objects. Analysts must be able to effectively communicate using both verbal communication and communications technology.

Must have:

  • Current TS/SCI
  • Be willing to deploy

A typical successful candidate should possess:

  • 3 years of hands-on GEOINT Analytical experience within DoD or the Intelligence Community
  • 2 years of experience with GEOINT exploitation tools such as SOCET GXP, ArcGIS, and MAAS, Remote View, MOVINT Client, GETS, DCGS-A
  • 2 years of experience with GEOINT analysis, GEOINT production, intelligence architecture, intelligence databases, quality control and training
  • Able to type a minimum of 30-35 WPM (without looking at the keyboard)

For Level A FMV Analysts: Less than 3 years of hands-on IMINT and/or FMV analysis and production within the last 4 years

For Level B FMV Analysts: More than 3 years of hands-on IMINT and/or FMV analysis and production within the last 8 years.

For Level C FMV Analysts: More than 5 years of hands-on IMINT and/or FMV analysis and production within the last 10 years.

Qualified Level-C FMV Analysts will receive a CONUS base salary of $73,492.00, Level-B FMV Analysts will receive a CONUS base salary of $68,250.00, and Level-A Analysts will receive a CONUS base salary of $52,481.00. Analysts will typically work between 36-50 hours a week x 52 weeks. This position requires rotational deployments for up to 4 months at a time. Deployed analysts typically work 84 hours a week x 16 weeks. For OCONUS rotations, analysts will receive salary uplifts and per diem as directed by the U.S. government, and will be compensated for every hour of work performed. There is the potential for increase in pay after 90-days on contract, based on performance (both AP and contract).
